Familial Discrimination against Women with Disability

This study demonstrates the information and resources on the topic of discrimination against women that are available. It demonstrates how prejudice and stigmatization, which are pervasive throughout the world, affect the lives of women with disabilities. Women and girls with disabilities are seen as invisible citizens in mainstream policy research on the challenges they encounter are still in their early stages. Both the mainstream disability movement and the women's movement frequently ignore these issues.
